Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects Cominent, connected organizations, and their users from misuse.

Prohibited activity
- Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or deceptive activity.
- Unauthorized access, security testing, credential theft, malware, or disruption.
- Uploading content without required rights, notice, consent, or lawful authority.
- Circumventing tenant isolation, permissions, rate limits, or safety controls.
- Using automated output as the sole basis for high-impact legal, employment, credit, safety, or similar decisions.
- Extracting or using data beyond the permissions granted by its owner or connected provider.

Content and communications
- Do not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Do not use the service to distribute spam, phishing, malicious attachments, discriminatory content, or unlawful surveillance.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent authority, evidence, approvals, or business records.

Platform and integration integrity
- Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or benchmark the service for competitive publication without written permission.
- Do not share access tokens, defeat provider scopes, or connect a system without authorization from its owner.
- Do not use Cominent to bypass restrictions imposed by Microsoft, Google, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, or another provider.

Responsible AI use
Users must evaluate AI-generated summaries, risks, commitments, dates, and recommendations before relying on them. Do not represent AI-generated information as verified evidence, professional advice, or an authorized decision unless it has been appropriately reviewed and confirmed.

Reporting misuse
Report suspected abuse through your designated pilot contact with enough information to investigate safely. Do not publicly disclose sensitive security details before Cominent has had a reasonable opportunity to assess and address them.

Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported where required.

Updates
We may update this policy to address new features, risks, laws, or provider requirements. Continued use after notice of a material update may be treated as acceptance where legally permitted.
